Job Description

Our F45 studios are growing and were searching for a Full-time Manager/Trainer to run and be the face of our studio.

  • Do you have experience or are passionate to learn how to lead a team
Were excited to grow our amazing team of Trainers and one superstar Manager. If you think you have what it takes, please send your resume with a short description of one goal you are currently working towards (health, career, anything!) and your social media handles (Instagram preferred).Requirements:
  • Personal training certificate
  • Prior managerial role (preferably in the fitness/health industry)
  • Prior F45 experience a bonus
  • Born leader
  • Extremely reliable and trustworthy
  • Experience in a group training
  • First aid certificate
  • Passionate about fitness
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekend

Experience:
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Canfit Pro or equivalent (required)
  • Personal Training Cert. (required)
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (required)
Experience:
  • Personal training: 1 year (preferred)
