  • Manage program delivery and monitor compliance with legislated standards.
  • Participate in the development of branch policies and the development, communication and consistent application of operational practices, standards and guidelines.
  • Plan, manage inspection/certification services to meet program and government goals.
  • Manage contentious and sensitive issues, including incident investigation.
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive reports to support program reporting/operations.
  • Identify financial, material and human resource needs, manage and control operational/program/project or activities budget.
  • Promote a values-based and inclusive team through employee engagement, communicating program deliverables, setting and evaluating performance standards, and promptly addressing employee relations matters.
  • Develop and sustain internal and external stakeholder relationships to coordinate interests.
