Job Description

With dedicated managers and inspiring coworkers to support you, you’ll find the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world while building a vibrant career!What will you doCoordinates documentation (batch records, forms, labels) for the Processing Department.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the flow of completed Batch Records (BRs) for compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
  • Assists and makes recommendations to operators in correcting documentation errors and providing adequate explanations. Provides appropriate training to operators in regards to documentation improvements.
  • Assists management by recommending revisions to documents (for clarity) based on types of documentation errors being observed and QA comments on BRs.
  • Responsible for controlling and printing all in-process and bulk packaging labels.
  • Ensure that the correct labels are printed for an order in order to prevent label mix-ups, which would result in a recall.
  • Completes documentation for samples and delivery of samples.
  • Maintains training memos, and SOP revision follow-ups by obtaining required signatures in a timely manner.
  • Supports SAP transactions for in-process and finished goods
  • Conduct recipe verification on equipment as required
  • Prepares and maintains cleaning and equipment use log books.
  • It may be essential to perform alternating or rotating shift work (as required).
How will you get thereRequirementsEducation:
  • High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) Certificate is required
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferable in a manufacturing function.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
