Job Description

New Large Center in Whitby look for Energetic, nurturing and reliable Registered Early Childhood Educator to work along side the our Toddler Room team. Knowledge of ELECT and HDLH are an asset. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and commitment to working with children. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic individuals for full time permanent positions. Successful candidates should meet the following qualifications;

  • Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
  • current criminal reference check (3 months or newer)
  • up to date immunizations
  • valid Standard First-Aid and CPR-C certificate
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7am to 6pm a must
  • working knowledge of emergent curriculum and HDLH
  • experience working with children in a licensed setting
  • genuine love for working with young children and their families
  • ability to work as part of a committed and dedicated team of professionals
  • ability to carry out the physical duties and tasks of the Childcare Centers daily schedule and routine
  • ability to demonstrate excellent English written and oral communication skills.
