Job Description

WHAT YOULL DOWe are looking for outgoing and energetic Shift managers! Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift supervisors work with the management to provide direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customers expectations. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations and activities.The following provides an overview of the basic responsibilities of a shift supervisor:

  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the crew who prepare, portion, and serve food
  • Supervise the preparation of food by crew members for customers
  • Establish work procedures and ensure proper use of bin charts and prep charts for proper service standards
  • Maintain records of inventory, sales, waste etc.
  • Train staff in job duties, cleanliness, food safety, quality, service and Health and Safety standards
  • Ensure all cash procedures are adhered to
  • Participate in managers meetings to give feedback on crew performance
  • Control labour costs through hourly sales tracking
  • Working in positions on the floor to help service our customers
