Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks
  • Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and educates them
  • Generates revenue by attracting new customers and maintains customer relationships
  • Maintains inventory by replenishing coffee bean and bag supply, as well as all other supplies
  • Keeps equipment clean at all times and operating at highest efficiency by following operating instructions
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
  • Maintains and improves the appearance of the store and coffee bar
