Management will encourage DOJ personnel to reconsider our approach to the services we provide and adapt to the changing environment.Communications: We are committed to improving the way we communicate internally with one another and externally to the public in order to better perform as a DOJ Team, share information and ideas with each other, dispel negative myths about the department and to ensure that the public has an appreciation for the excellent work we do.The OpportunityReporting to the Public Guardian and Trustee for Yukon, the Client Administration Officer (CAO) acts independently in accordance with established practices and procedures to manage a complex caseload of clients under several different statutes. The CAO makes complex decisions regarding clients personal, health, legal and financial affairs, including assets and liabilities and exercises good judgment and initiative. The CAO is responsible for protecting and administering estates of deceased persons and missing persons who were residents in the Yukon; financial, personal, health and legal affairs of incapable adults who are residents in the Yukon and provides legal representation and trust service for minors.
