The Client Services Agent is the key public representative of the Motor Vehicles unit, which has the regulatory authority under the Motor Vehicles Act to issue driver licenses, GICs, vehicle registrations, and various permits and to apply sanctions to driver licenses and cancel vehicle registrations.
