Job Description

The End of Lease Management Administrator The End of Lease Management Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of Lease Buyouts, Lease Settlements and Residual Payouts, in compliance with our Lease Assignment Agreements. This role is also responsible for managing and mitigating any risks associated with Lease terminations.Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the ‘End to End’ process for Non-Note Lease Buyouts: Provide information, executes in BaaN and settles with the applicable Funder and Program
  • Proactively engage Sales to support Customer retention
  • Manages and triggers notification for Lease Terminations in the RFS Program
  • Reviews and process all 3rd Party related Settlements, including Sales and Competitive contacts
  • Monthly execution of available Settlements and transfers variances to applicable GLs
  • Reconciles Funder Residual balances and reports
  • Process of all owed Residuals in adherence to the program guidelines
  • Communicates pending asset movement status with Branch Admin and Distribution
  • Manages and reconciles the RFS Residual process
  • Prepares and distributes Residual Lease Reports
  • Interacts and engages with various dependent Departments: Internal: CST, Sales, Sales Enablement, Admin, A/R, Supply Chain and Wholesale External: All Leasing Companies
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
  • Post Secondary Education, Business Courses preferred
  • Customer Service Experience within a Leasing environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ equivalent Leasing experience including understanding of Asset Management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Microsoft Office: Excel
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Good organizational and Time Mgmt skills
  • Accuracy and detail oriented
  • Positive collaboration skills and works well independently
  • Ability to meet requirements and deadlines
  • Customer Service skills
