We are committed to the ongoing development of our team, and are recognized for our formal mentorship program designed to prepare and support nurses who serve rural communities in an expanded scope of practice.As the Manager – Clinical Practice and Quality Improvement, you will form an integral part of our collaborative leadership team. You will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical practice training and structured orientation. Monitor trends and risks, identifying gaps and making recommendations for new clinical policy. Conduct on-going evaluation and improvement of Community Nursing education and training programs and processes to support excellence in the delivery of client services. The position involves responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on quality assurance and improvement activities in areas of responsibility. Providing clinical expertise to program staff and peer managers, you will collaborate to understand the needs of the communities we serve while ensuring that the operational requirements of the branch are met.
