NOC 65310This posting is for 1 to 2 full time permanent cleaners working 75 to 80 hours biweekly. The successful applicant must be a Canadian resident or have a current valid status to work in Canada.Duties Include: · Cleaning houses/commercial buildings; includes cleaning stoves, fridges, dusting horizontal surfaces, cupboards, vacuuming;· Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors;· Cleaning interior and exterior windows;· Sidewalk snow maintenance;· Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances;· Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators;· Pick up debris and empty trash containers;· Shampooing carpets;· Stripping and waxing floors;· Restock supplies;· Wash windows, walls and ceilings with telescopic poles;· Stock supplies;· Lock doors, secure buildings, set alarms, close windows before exiting building;· Report and store lost and found items;· Must be able to lift up to 25 Kilograms· Other related duties.Desired Qualifications· Ability to communicate clearly;· Ability to work in a cross cultural environment;· ability to work as part of a team and individually;· Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing.Mandatory Certifications and Clearances· WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).· Valid criminal record check;· Must have valid class 5 drivers license and have personal vehicle;· Must be able to work split shift;· Must be Able to work 6 days a week and be on call for emergencies;· Must be able to work overtime when necessary.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$25.00 per hourSchedule:
