  • Experience providing project management skills for renovations, space planning and lease procurement needs
  • Recent experience with governmental or large organizations’ procurement process
  • Experience with implementing and following policies
  • Experience as a liaison and problem solving strategist with clients and senior management in realty and space requirements
Candidates who have education, and experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.Desired Knowledge, Skills and SuitabilityCandidates should have and may be assessed on:
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management abilities; must be able to coordinate multiple items/projects at one time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to share information effectively
  • Excellent ability to collaborate and engage multiple and diverse departmental stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated and are able to produce effective results
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to approach problems/projects using a logical, systematic and sequential approach
  • Self-awareness and the ability to identify when and how to seek out information and direction from others
