Our organization is an integrated system of hospitals: Whitehorse General Hospital (58 beds), Watson Lake Community Hospital (6 beds) and Dawson City Community Hospital (6 beds).Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Coordinator is responsible for a variety of staffing and scheduling duties, and supervising other Staffing and Scheduling Clerks. Providing technical supervision, education and leadership to YHC staff; providing staffing support to all continuous operations departments, recommending and implementing process improvement and seeking to improve quality, improve efficiency and reduce costs; provides or designates staff training.Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
