This role will require the creation, maintenance, and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and standard operating procedures for all Canadian and United States operations. The selected incumbent will lead a team of recruitment advisors, a payroll team and have the opportunity to grow and develop a HR team to support the Canadian and US business units. This opportunity will require the selected candidate to have a well versed background in development and creation of a Human Resources policy, employment law and standards code for Canada and US, ability to develop department structure with the alignment of the business needs.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:
