Responsible for assisting the Food Store Manager with the oversight and management of a store with multiple product categories. Work towards the short-term strategies, goals, and objectives of the store in alignment with the strategic plan. Oversee the adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection. Assist in preparing, administering, and being responsible for the achieving budgeted goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses, and inventory.Assisting with achieving sales objectives for each department and ensures store goals are met. Assist coaching and developing team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management and training and development.
