Working side by side to support, train and guide your Advisors and Technicians, while setting monthly and annual goals you’ll crush like a bug alongside the rest of the dealership management team and Dealer Partner. This role drives the smooth operations and financial performance of the service department. Staying on top of budgets and expenses, and keeping in front of our customer’s service needs and wants. You’ll attract and retain great talent by scheduling to the needs of each team member and verifying their quality of work is up to your high standards.
