Job Title: Custodial AideJob Status: Term (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)Location: Parkland Elementary SchoolStart Date: ASAP - August 31, 2023Posting #s: 09-CA-22-Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous cleaning experience would be considered an asset
  • Ability to perform all aspects of GVSD’s proper disinfecting practices of student and staff washrooms is required
  • Ability to speak High and/or Low German would be considered an asset
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Ability to work independently is an asset
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record and Child Abuse Checks
  • Ability to relate to the school community and community value base
Parkland Elementary School, located in the western part of the City of Winkler, is a dynamic and innovative Grades K-8 school. It has a student enrollment of approximately 250, a professional staff of 18 and a support staff of 16.
