This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business, where we seamlessly connect farming customers with food, feed and industry.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Customer Service Representative (6 month term), will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues. QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a related field (agriculture) or equivalent experienceStrong customer service skills with ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.Ability to work extended or flexible hours as require.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in CanadaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS2 years’ experience in a business setting.
