Job Description

The Pennyloaf Bakery in Winnipeg, MB is looking for one baker to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 858 Corydon Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.Responsibilities

  • Weigh and measure ingredients
  • Mix and blend batters
  • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form bread, sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
  • Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
  • Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
  • Prepare and maintain inventory
  • Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience or education.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
