  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat using clear and empathetic language
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage the flow of inquiries and claims
  • Provide clear explanations of our products and services in client-friendly terms
  • Handle concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate across teams to support service improvements and client outcomes
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking individuals who demonstrate the following:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • A readiness to pursue the HLLQP license (training and support provided)
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  • A background in customer-facing roles such as service, retail, or support is beneficial
  • Comfort using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
  • Eligibility to work in Canada (permanent residents and citizens welcome)
