  • Educate clients on our insurance products and benefits packages.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
