The Data Analyst Specialist is passionate about data and will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, analyzing quality metrics, and driving data-driven decision-making to improve product and process quality. This role involves implementing quality control systems, leveraging statistical tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT:
  • Develop and maintain quality data management systems to ensure accurate and reliable quality reporting.
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues based on data insights.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and visualization of quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify quality trends and recommend process optimizations.
  • Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and other relevant quality management systems through data tracking.
  • Support the integration of automated quality inspection systems and ensure seamless data collection and reporting.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC), predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to enhance quality insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate quality performance effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to train personnel on data-driven quality management practices
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Quality Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in data analysis – experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R for data visualization and insights.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or other data-driven quality tools.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection and auditing methodologies, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Ability to automate data collection and reporting to improve efficiency in quality monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with quality management software (QMS) and ERP systems is a plus.
