About the Role: As Peopleamp; Culture Coordinator, you play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. You will support hiring processes, update our HRIS system, coordinate onboarding and benefits administration as well as supporting employees with other documentation such as employment letters. By fostering positive relationships with employees, you will help maintain an efficient and supportive workplace, ensuring smooth transitions, and effective benefits administration, all while aligning with organizational policies. This position is a full-time, 14-month term role covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. What you’ll be doing:
