Wealso focus on construction, renovation and demolition services. Nationally, WINMAR® is committed to becoming the most customer focused,trusted and successful restoration company in Canada offering the greatestcommitment and consistency when following the core values of honesty, goodcommunication, responsibility, open-minded teamwork, and pride in aprofessional job well done As a Project Coordinator at Winmar, you will:Be responsible for a variety of duties that will assist the Project Managers in fully completing projects from start to finish. Some of these duties may include but are not limited to:Revising estimates and uploading addendumsAddress client communications in a timely fashionSub trade scheduling and communicationsFile admin responsibilities – ensuring all expectations are metBudget controlUtilize job management systemsMonitor on-site progressYou Have:A good base knowledge of the construction/restoration industryA positive can-do attitude with the motivation to complete projectsA clean criminal record and a valid driver’s licenseA valid First Aid/CPR Certificate The Ideal Candidate:Is a clear communicator who has the confidence to speak up, make decisions and work as part of a teamIs detail oriented and takes pride in meeting deadlines and a job well doneHas compassion and care with a customer service personalityHas a good understanding of English – reading, writing and speaking
