Job DescriptionLife Benefit Solutions, a Division of People Corporation, is a Group Insuranceamp; Retirement Broker servicing Indigenous employers across Canada. We specialize in designing programs that support the unique needs of Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees and employers.We are adding a Receptionist/Office Administrator to our growing team of enthusiastic high achievers dedicated to creating a positive client experience. The individual in this role will actively contribute to the success of Life Benefit Solutions by providing admi nistrative support and reception duties.This role is fully onsite.** Indigenous candidates are encouraged to self-declare in your cover letter ** What you will do:

  • Manage reception (phone calls, receiving mail, courier), and being director of first impressions for anyone coming to our office. This means, ensuring that an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction is maintained as the first point of contact in our office.
  • Provide administrative support to group benefit inquiries and client requests in conjunction with the service coordinators
  • Provide administration support to the retirement transition team with client inquiries
  • You will handle incoming client inquiries as needed related to Group Insurance/Pension, misc. administration related projects/tasks, misc. office duties. If necessary, you will engage the dedicated service representative if need be.
  • Troubleshooting and responding to client inquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Scanning and processing incoming / outgoing forms and handling administrative requests.
  • Working with your team, you will take a solution-based approach to client inquiries and engage the appropriate members of our team to assist in resolving and answering client questions or concerns.
  • Ordering office supplies as required.
  • Other duties as assigned
What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
