Job Description

AO Globe Life is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Specialists. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial well-being of Canadian families while enjoying the flexibility and independence of remote work.Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
  • Educate clients on our insurance products and services.
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • LLQP license is required (training and support will be provided).
