Summary of Position: The Training and Customer Satisfaction Specialist manages the implementation and optimization of ARxIUM solutions, including RIVA IV automation. They deliver training, ensure smooth go-lives, address client queries, and build relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and providing feedback for product development.Essential Functions:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the internal contact for key accounts, building rapport with clients to address their ongoing needs and concerns.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs, including creating, updating, and reviewing course materials.
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions for both customers and employees.
  • Execute job activities in compliance with regulatory and cGMP requirements.
  • Communicate the progress of initiatives and customer satisfaction metrics to stakeholders.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by setting performance metrics, gathering data, and providing regular feedback.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Understand and document the client’s environment, processes, and challenges to ensure tailored solutions.
  • Assist with complex client requests or issue escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Travel to key accounts (up to 40%) for business reviews, training, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Responsible for project planning, communication, implementation, and accountability across all stages.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • IV compounding experience is required.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) with intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering client-focused solutions that address customer needs.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled at prioritizing and executing tasks in high-pressure situations, adapting to shifting priorities and managing a dynamic workload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Experience in a Regulatory/cGMP environment is an asset.
Education and Experience:
  • A pharmacy technician, along with relevant experience and a strong pharmacy background, is required.
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) and experience will be considered.
