Job Description

As a comprehensive manufacturer of engineered composite products, Carfair Composites supplies quality fiberglass components to the original equipment manufacturers operating in agriculture, automotive, construction, transportation, commercial, food processing, and medical industries. Position Summary: As an Assembler, you #39;ll be responsible for efficiently assembling high-quality products using hand tools, following safety protocols, and working in a collaborative team environment.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Put Together Parts – Use tools to assemble metal parts and fiberglass parts to create key components for buses based on blueprints.
  • Handle Materials – Lift and place parts together to create sub assembly parts
  • Check Quality – Ensure each part is assembled with precision and meets our quality standards
  • Collaborate with Your Team – Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Compositeamp; Fiberglass Experience (Preferred) – Experience working with composites, fiberglass, sanding, or grinding tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Hands-On Skills – Comfortable using basic tools, with training provided for pneumatic, electric, and manual hand tools.
  • Attention to Detail – Takes pride in producing high-quality parts by following instructions carefully.
  • Team Player – Works well with others to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Reliableamp; Independent – Shows up on time, follows directions, and takes initiative when needed.
  • Physical Readiness – Able to stand for long periods and lift 20–50 lbs. as needed.
