Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: We #39;re seeking a strategic, data-driven Compensation Manager to lead competitive pay programs that align with our growth and values. In this new role, you will design salary structures, benchmark against the market, ensure compliance, and equity. Partnering with key stakeholders, you #39;ll align compensation with talent strategy to support recruitment, retention, and workforce planning across our 9,000-person global team. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market analyses and recommend adjustments to salary ranges, job classifications, and pay programs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and educational materials for HR teams and leadership to enhance understanding of compensation philosophy, structures, pay practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee job evaluation processes, partnering with HR and managers to assess job descriptions and determine appropriate compensation using internal and external market data.
  • Perform internal equity assessments, living wage evaluations, and compliance audits.
  • Prepare compensation reports and analytics to guide decision-making and monitor trends.
  • Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including salary planning, merit increases, and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate implementation in HRIS and payroll systems and monitor outcomes for fairness and compliance
  • Support the design and administration of incentive programs, including production bonuses, sales compensation, and executive pay plans.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements across regions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and ensure pay transparency and fairness.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Benefits to support budgeting, workforce planning, offer negotiations, and total rewards alignment.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) would be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with global compensation practices in a mid to large organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation tools and databases.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems and compensation survey tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Up to 5% travel; must be eligible to travel to the U.S
