Carfair Composites is a leader in fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) design and composites technology and has dedicated team members located in facilities between Winnipeg, MB (Canada), St. Cloud, MN (USA), and Anniston, AL (USA), Wausaukee, WI (USA) and Gillett, WI (USA). We’re seeking a passionate Lean Facilitator to champion lean principles, drive efficiency, and inspire innovation across our manufacturing operations.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead Change: Facilitate kaizen events to drive impactful improvements.
  • Empower Teams: Develop and deliver engaging lean training programs.
  • Sustain Excellence: Implement and audit 5S and Visual Factory processes to ensure lasting results.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with stakeholders and other facilitators to standardize lean practices and share best practices across locations.
  • Solve Problems: Apply lean tools like Value Stream Mapping, TPM, and Standardized Work to identify and implement solutions.
  • Inspire Growth: Educate and guide teams on lean approaches and their benefits.
  • Be a Connector: Benchmark best practices by participating in industry activities.
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Lean Expertise: Lean Greenbelt certification or equivalent training/experience.
  • Education: College diploma or university degree in a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in manufacturing.
  • 3+ years facilitating lean initiatives.
Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
