Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst will support key supply chain compliance activities for the company. They will administer and maintain a USMCA Certificate database to support customs compliance within NFI Group companies, and assist with enhancements to the system and process. The position will gather data and prepare analysis for compliance and other requirements. The Supply Chain Analyst will also assist with the annual customs value reconciliation and various Supply Chain ESG activities.RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Request, collect, verify and organize United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) certificates received from suppliers and ensure accuracies in documentation and database
  • Coordinate data and generate analysis to support compliance requirements
  • Assist the costing team in completing value calculations
  • Assist in preparation of custom reconciliation submission
  • Educate supplies about legislation and USMCA requirements
  • Assist in supply chain ESG activities
  • Prepare other analysis as requested to support sourcing department
  • Assist with implementation of enhanced global trade management
  • Research and recommend compliance improvements to internal processes
  • Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Completed or enrolled in post secondary education in a recognized business or management program
  • Education or equivalent experience in supply chain management preferred
  • Experience with supply chain management, generating analysis and customs compliance highly valued
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
