This position is responsible for Engineering Project Coordination in the support of production contracts and sales opportunitiesRequirementsWHAT YOU WILL DO:·Serve as the primary correspondent and engineering representative for production contract and sales opportunities ·Support bids process from proposal to production stages·Identify and manage configuration requirements and communicate details·Determine risks and opportunities for strategic development ·Release bill of materials needed to build vehicles according to customer specifications·Manage and present project documents and reports·Assign tasks, lead and train team·Serve as checker for engineering change order ·Mentor and train new employeesWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:· Bachlor #39;s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of skills and experience · Knowledge of engineering design, the manufacturing industry, bill of materials and project management· Effective computer, communication and organizational skills· Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively · Ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts· Strong attention to detailsBenefitsOUR WHY: We exist to move people.
