This role develops and executes communication and change readiness strategies to support projects. This includes effectively articulating the clear alignment of tactics to strategy; the benefits of how technology changes daily business operations; the sequencing and timing of various initiatives; our reusable capabilities approach; and the value and impact of digital transformation initiatives to stakeholders across the organization. You will establish and strengthen relationships across business and technology leadership to work through strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making collaboratively and effectively. Acting as a hub, this role will lead, coordinate, and deliver consolidated communications. The Digital Transformation Specialist will craft the narrative and provide ‘one voice’ for the Digital and Technology team, sharing a holistic view of recently achieved, concurrently executing, and upcoming initiatives. The successful incumbent will develop communicationamp; change readiness plans. You’ll execute these plans to improve user engagement, adoption, and success. You’ll improve organization efficiency by effectively designing and delivering project change management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll effectively share, educate, and capture feedback from diverse stakeholders - internal partners, customers, and vendors. By communicating the benefits and value of digital transformation initiatives, and helping people adjust to change, you’ll foster stronger engagement and user adoption, encourage a learning culture that continuously improves, embraces productive change, and garners executive support for subsequent roadmap initiatives. The successful incumbent will act strategically as well as tactically to advance Wellington-Altus strategic commitments and enterprise business applications. This role will support project teams through the delivery of projects that support business growth and evolution and are aligned with our digital strategiesamp; plans, as expressed in our Digital and Technology Roadmap. This role requires demonstrated and consistent success in the following core competency areas including:A minimum of 5 years experience in change management and communications, preferably in a related industry. Has expertise working in waterfall and agile project environments. Product/Change Management experience in FinTech or Financial Institutions is desired. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Strong problem-solving, analytical Skillsamp; decision-making skills. Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and Project Planning software.
