PayPal cannot be used with monthly gifts at this time.MCC BC is looking for a Director of Development and Advancement to provide collaborative leadership to the Advancement department and organization to develop strategies that expand the awareness, engagement, resources, and relationships that support MCC through donations of time, funds and goods from our constituency and the broader public.Advancement includes marketing, communications, donor relations and advocacy functions including managing the website, social media, newsletters, direct mail, donor acquisition and renewal, major donors, bequests, material resources, church and constituency relations, alumni, special events and our signature Festival for World Relief. The Advancement department also supports local Program, Thrift, and Human Resources in their marketing and communications plans and activities. The Director ensures that Advancement activities are focused on approved strategic plans and priorities and seeks to be in compliance with standard ethical requirements as well as MCC values, principles and policies.MCC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to employment equity.
