We are currently recruiting for the roles of Finance Coordinator - Administrator The Role: This position focuses on providing support with a wide variety of finance and administration duties. Specifically, you will: General Accounting Manages the entry of data payment for Agency and Designated grants Provides administrative support for accounts payable activities Conducts general accounting duties, as requested Administration Compiles items for Financeamp; Audit and Investment Committee Schedules in-person and virtual meetings General administration duties for the finance team Participates in internal committees and working groups as required Assumes other duties as may be assigned About You: Diploma in accounting or office administration 1-3 years of experience in data entry or bookkeeping is an asset Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Proficient in the use of Excel Efficient time-management skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team as well as independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer: Starting salary in the range of $38,633 - $45,394 A comprehensive benefit package including health and dental benefits A Health Spending Account Access to Maple (Virtual Doctor Service) EFAP program available to employees and family members Pension program starting at six months of employment Vacation starting at three weeks per year Eco-pass program (half cost bus pass) Maternity/Parental Leave Top Up Professional Development opportunities Applications, including resume and cover letter, should be submitted by February 1,2024.
