Job DescriptionThe IT Technician at Ubisoft Winnipeg will provide support services on-site and remote to alldepartments within the Winnipegamp; partnership studios and teams. They will be part of the ITteam that will provide support services which include and are not limited to managing andensuring continuity of all hardware and software, on-premises and cloud tools, and events on and off-site. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to tackle complex challenges whilemaintaining the flexibility to address fundamental studio needs and processes.They are also the first contact for support and must be ready to resolve issues that range from simple to complex problems with a sense of urgency, provide training and consultation, plan and develop strategies for hardwareamp; software upgrades, and be able to prioritize objectives and tasks based on established priority levels. The gaming industry quickly evolves, and the successful candidate must be aware of the current technology trends.
