Nous sommes unis par un engagement commun en faveur de l’excellence et de l’équité des soins de santé.Position OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Program Team Manager, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface General Hospital, the CLINICAL PRACTICE NURSE – LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) provides professional practical nursing services to designated patients including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the health care team and participation in the coordination of patient care and discharge. Experience

• Recent combined mother-baby care and/or recent Labouramp; Delivery and/or LDRP and/orneonatal and/or Antepartum nursing experience required.

**Nurses currently working on A6 Antepartum/Gyne will be deemed qualified due to antepartum on that unit.Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)NOTE: ANNUAL BLS LEVEL C REGISTRATION/RE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIREDNOTE: Successful completion of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program at a time scheduled by the employer or at a time mutually agreed upon between the nurse and the employer required.Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Current College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM)registration required.
• Certification in IV Therapy and IV Medication Administration required.

• Bilingualism required (ability to understand and speak English/French)**
