Job Description

  1. Work with portfolio managers, management and the marketing, finance, and compliance teams to create marketing materials including newsletters, videos, buy/sell updates, investment updates, unitholder inserts, market commentary, presentations, reports, booklets, brochures, etc.
  2. Tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identifying areas of potential improvement
  3. Providing marketing support to financial advisors, other departments, and associated businesses (presentation design, holiday cards, videos, PowerPoint templates, etc.)
  4. Assisting in distributing marketing materials to staff, advisors, and clients through various communication channels (Constant Contact, website, team meetings or events, LinkedIn, etc.)
  5. Collaborating with the event coordinator to promote internal and external events (event invitations, event websites, agendas, speaker presentations, etc.)
  6. Continuously improving the professionalism, consistency, and visual appeal of all Value Partners materials
