We’re united by a shared commitment to excellent and equitable health care.Position OverviewThe Education Facilitator supports a continuing learning, growing and changing environment by providing and facilitating education activities which enhance knowledge, skills and competencies of all staff to meet current and future needs.Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ current (within the last five (5) years) clinical nursing experience in a related clinical area.
  • Program planning and evaluation experience is required.
  • Previous experience in clinical education is essential , demonstrated teaching abilities.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
  • Masters Degree in nursing or in the clinical speciality preferred.
  • Course in Adult Education preferred.
  • Advanced educational certificate/postgraduate course related to the clinical area required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
  • Current registration with the Manitoba Association of Registered Nurses.
  • BLS Instructor’s Certificate required.
  • Current membership in a related speciality association.
Qualifications and Skills
