Inkeros is Canada’s fastest-growing Omnichannel Marketing Vendor with operations in Canada.Our team is expanding rapidly in the East (QC/ON/MB) therefore we have an immediate need to hire an ambitious and organized B2B Account Manager to join our team in the Winnipeg Area.The opportunity:As part of the Inkeros Campaign Management team, the B2B Account Manager is an assertive self-starter who will be confident with B2B Sales, Client Management, relationship building, and administrative-related responsibilities.What will you doLocate and book businesses, events, and multi-dwelling unit venues for our teams in the Mississauga AreaDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and clientsCoordinate with Sales Partners, Inkeros Execs, and the Campaign Management team to ensure we are maximizing our opportunities in every available marketDevelop processes and systems that align with the Client and Company to effectively manage special events and new market opportunitiesWho are youHave at least 2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred, but not required)Advanced proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Ability to work independently to prioritize and balance multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a deadline and performance-driven environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to be diplomatic, professional, and motivating in a fast-paced department under tight deadlinesMaintain a positive and professional attitudeAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage processes in a fast-changing, high-energy environmentAptitude towards resolving problems with minimal oversight and directionJoin a winning team:$74,900-$84,900/year in projected earnings ($45K Base salary + commissions and bonuses)Benefits (Vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, flex WFH days)Ongoing training, education, and personal developmentOpportunities to grow with the company long-termIf the above describes your skill set, experience, and capabilities - we’d love to meet you.
