Job Description

Great news❗ AO Globe Life is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a customer service and insurance sales agent in the dynamic insurance industry. This role requires a unique blend of customer service skills and sales acumen, as you will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding their insurance options and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns while also promoting our comprehensive range of insurance products. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with the completion of insurance applications and policy renewals.
  • Evaluate clients #39; needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on their requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns regarding their policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within our customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively serve clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to assess clients #39; needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer management systems.
