Vector Corrosion Technologies is the market leader in corrosion protection products for reinforced concrete structures. We’re looking to hire a Senior Marketingamp; Communications Specialist to join our small but dynamic marketing team and help drive our marketing efforts to new heights. As a key player in Vector Corrosion’s marketing team, the Senior Marketingamp; Communications Specialist leads in developing and executing top-notch marketing and communication strategies. This role is pivotal in boosting Vector’s brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and supporting Vector’s overall business goals by handling the details of our comprehensive marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a technical, entrepreneurial, and strategic mindset, excellent time management and communication skills, and a proven track record in successfully managing marketing and communication initiatives. Preference will be given to applicants with MS Dynamics Marketing and/or engineering/construction experience. This role does not involve the management of people.*Staffing agencies. We do not accept resumes for this opportunity. Duties and Accountabilities:

• Build and grow the Vector Corrosion Technologies brand and range of products.
• Share Vector’s story and develop polished, technical marketing content aimed at engaging specific segments of the Vector Corrosion Technologies audience.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by developing polished and modern technical content and product initiatives, such as technical data sheets, specification documents, case studies, blogs, white papers, video and animation development, email/newsletters, and landing pages.
• Maintain an intimate understanding of Vector’s product catalog to communicate the value and benefits of Vector’s offerings to target audiences clearly and compellingly.
• Optimize digital communication efforts across email, website, Shopify, SEO, PPC, and other channels.
• Build beneficial relationships with external providers, such as web and graphic design companies, photographers and videographers, merchandise suppliers, and technology service firms.
• Track the performance of marketing initiatives and monitor return on investment.
• Provide technical content development that supports marketing and sales initiatives.
• Manage and report on campaign metrics from analytics channels such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Shopify.
• Develop monthly reports, including data from Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and MS Dynamics CRM, to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor #39;s Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or another relevant field.
• 5 years of demonstrated marketing/communications experience.
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and digital marketing, website design, and the use of marketing analytics software (Google).
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, data analytics, and social media.
• Proficient in English with strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing, such as construction, engineering, and architecture.
• Candidates with Experience in MS Dynamics Marketing (Real-Time Journeys/Outbound Marketing).
• Some travel may be required.
• To be successful in this role you would have to be an enthusiastic, collaborative and detail-oriented person, with interest for science, sustainability and storytelling.
