Job Description

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for developing the team and facilitating coaching We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee a high-performing Care Centre team of 10 agents, ensuring they consistently meet our customer obsession quality standards. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people, offers insight and reporting into current trends, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want to hear from you.The base salary for this role is $40,000CDNAccepting applications from Canadian applicants only.What you’ll do:

  • Lead a high performing Care Centre team of 10 agents that consistently meets our customer obsession quality standards by conducting coaching, training, team huddles, and corrective actions.
  • Constantly raise the bar for yourself, your peers, and your team to reach evolving sales targets
  • Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track, measure and deliver on promises to our members
  • Implement change in a fast-paced environment and be able to quantify the impact
  • Support our company growth targets by understanding how you and your team contribute to our objectives and key results
  • Challenge the status-quo every day and always be looking for ways to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • “Zoom up” and look at the big picture when it make sense and “Zoom down” when you need to get into the details
  • Inspire an environment where feedback is encouraged, shared with the larger team, and converted into actionable items while documenting key performance indicator metrics, and preparing and delivering daily/weekly insights and reports.
  • Review customer interactions handled by associates while managing performance and handling escalations.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • A University/College degree and/or lots of experience in a related industry
  • Solid experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing care center environment gets you extra points!
  • Experience in the fintech industry, consumer banking, lending, or other financial services industries is an asset
  • Experience in creating a high performing, results-driven, energetic team within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in managing multiple key performance indicators and can quickly identify gaps
  • Excellent goal setting skills and can effectively use reporting and analysis to measure results
  • Understanding of how to build successful teams through proven individual coaching techniques
  • Ability to measure success and opportunities of a team and can create timely and actionable next steps
  • You know how to gauge an individual’s performance by focusing on the behaviors and trends
