Job Description

Perform timely technical training on Versatile Tractorsamp; Tillage Equipment in a shop or classroom setting.Responsibilities are to maintain knowledge sharing of our products to all Dealership audiences (Sales, Service and Parts personnel) evolving our Dealer network into Versatile Brand Ambassadors.Key Responsibilities and Duties: ●Develop curriculum for Domestic and Export dealers●Work closely with Product Support Groups and the Engineering team to develop and maintain training material●Sales, Serviceamp; Parts training for North America and Export dealers●Setup training dates, locations and equipment●Maintain training center, tools and equipment required for training●Additional duties as required when requested by Management and/or supervisorJob Requirements: Qualifications:●Certified or equivalent experience in Adult Learning/Education●Extensive knowledge of agricultural tractors and the agriculture industry●Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to concisely and clearly communicate complex and demanding subject matter●Good presentation skills●Strong team work and interpersonal skills●Experience in researching, writing and some project management●Ability to develop strong client/inter-agency relationships●High level of drive and initiative●Accustomed to ISO certification●Extremely detail oriented, well organized and able to multitask●Ability to work under tight timelines●Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point●Training experience required, 2 years minimum
