To learn more about us, please visit our website at www.nfi.partsPOSITION SUMMARYWe are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks related to warehouse operations (shipping/receiving), including inventory management, quality assurance, and documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ensure all Warehouse data entry is completed prior to end of day shift.
  • Assist Warehouse personnel to prioritize daily workload.
  • Monitor Warehouse reporting (open pick slips, open receiving lines) daily and report status to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely shipping of vendor returns.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle count entry as required.
  • Ensure all relevant shipping documents are completed and attached to all shipments leaving the Warehouse. (i.e. MSDS sheets, customs documents, bills of lading, etc.)
  • Ensure all materials received daily from suppliers is received into Oracle in a timely manner.
  • Control the receiving variance process and work closely with the Parts Organization staff to resolve any issues.
  • Coordinate Coach Down process from receipt to shipment.
  • Assist with managing inventory by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders and documents.
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and interpersonal skills.
