Job Description

Further information is available at www.newflyer.com.POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for processing of all warranty claims and related transit bus data information submitted by the properties, RPSM’s and company departments. Ensures customer satisfaction for timely processing of claims, invoicing and related informationWHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Data input and processing of all warranty, retrofit and acceptance claims in Oracle Service Cloud
  • Data entry of warranty coach down claims submitted outside of the system into Oracle Service Cloud.
  • Entry of bus delivery and acceptance information entry into Oracle, including Previously Owned Coaches (POC)
  • Review of claims to ensure correct policies/coverages are selected.
  • Ensure Warranty claim is valid and has the correct supplier listed in the claim.
  • Address all property inquiries regarding warranty claims.
  • Process claims from pending status to ensure they flow to the proper queue.
  • Review the Rejected sClaims Log and notify customers of claim rejections and potential part returns.
  • Create claims reports out of OSVC as requested.
  • Maintain all electronic, hardcopy related files (customer labour rates and customer letters) and data log.
  • Maintain and supply Parts Return Tags for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Highschool, minimum grade 12
  • 2 or more years’ experience in claims processing
  • MS Office, Oracle knowledge and keyboarding.
  • Communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer and general office equipment knowledge
