Location: 417 Connell St, Woodstock, New BrunswickJob Purpose:Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) is looking to hire an individual who lives by our corporate values of Heart, Integrity and Drive to fill the position of Marketing Specialist. If you are a master story telling with a passion for Chicken we are looking for you! The Marketing Specialist’s primary focus will be the creation, implementation, and tracking of sales tools and local marketing for FMI restaurants. The successful candidate will provide market research, strategy, and creative assistance where applicable.What you will do:Research, develop, and implement local marketing programs. Including, but not limited to, direct mail, digital marketing, fundraising, signage, menu support, and other initiatives.Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand standards.Work with designers and other creative staff to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand standards.Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.Provide support and tools to field leaders that will drive sales within their areas.Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to Sr. Marketing Manager and Leadership Team as requested.Communicate and coordinate with business partners; Build marketing communications to be distributed to restaurant leaders.Collect and analyze data from market research to generate appropriate marketing tools.Keep up-to-date on current marketing trends.Additional workload relative to store count and/or challenge of brand.What you bring to the role:Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics of promotional materialsWorking knowledge of brand building and brand managementHighly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlinesTeam player who is both flexible and adaptableComputer literate including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.University Degree in Business or other applicable program preferred, related work experience or a combination of education and work experience.Bilingualism in French & English considered an assetTravel as required.Who are weThe Franchise Management Group of Companies (FMI) is one of the largest franchise owner/operators in North America with over 300 locations.
