To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.legacyco-op.crs.What you’ll do:You will be responsible for delivering legendary service through the following administrative functions:Accounts Receivable – reviewing cash-ups, preparing monthly statements, assisting customers with account issuesMaintain the BRIC (Bulk Petroleum Reconciliation) system by ensuring accuracy of all customer pricing, fuel reconciliations and reports generated.Creating journal entries, accurate keying of inventories and markdownsEnsure accurate reporting by balancing reports and checking for variancesAssist other functions and business units such as accounts payable, petroleum, marketing and human resources when requiredGeneral Office duties - Typing, filing, answering phones, data entry, report creationWhy it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
