Job Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Yorkton, SK. The successful candidate will represent the face and voice of the company when greeting and directing customers. You will ultimately set the tone for the customer experience, both in person and over the phone, to help create positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers. This is a temporary full-time position beginning ASAP with an approx. end date of December 2022.ResponsibilitiesThis individual’s responsibilities include:

  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing and filing.
  • Filing and general office duties.
  • Handle cash.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist other departments as required.
  • Takes lead in event organization and planning of the location.
RequirementsThis would be an ideal position if you have:
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to organize workload in an orderly manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • General accounting knowledge would be considered an asset.
