Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are a residential and commercial mechanical contractor looking for a 1st – 4th year apprentice plumber for various projects in the Yorkton and surrounding areas. We offer services and installations for residential and commercial applications in heating, cooling / air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing.Duties

  • Always represent the company in a professional, courteous and customer-centric manner
  • Adhere to all safety rules, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
  • On-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of equipment / systems
  • Install, maintain, test and repair all types of piping systems and fixtures
  • Locate positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors; cut openings to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
  • Measure, cut, bend and join pipes using hand and power tools or machines
  • Experience in furnace, boiler & a/c installations and service is an asset
Requirements
  • Own hand tools
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, if needed
  • Able to work out of town, if needed
  • Class 5 Drivers license and completion of driver’s abstract
  • Criminal background check
